Jackie was hired as the Cobb County Public Services Agency Director in 2013 and has since made history through her leadership and dedication to public service. In 2017, she was promoted to become the County’s first Deputy County Manager, and in 2020, she assumed the role of County Manager, where she continues to lead with integrity, vision, and strategic excellence.




Jackie is an International Certified County Manager (ICMA) and a John Maxwell Certified Speaker & Coach, bringing a people-centered, purpose-driven approach to leadership, organizational growth, and community impact.
