Planning With Purpose: Town Center's

30-Year Master Plan

Planning is part of Town Center’s DNA. Across a 6.25-square-mile district supporting more than 36,000 jobs, thoughtful planning helps guide the community’s future. Master plans inform nearly every decision Town Center Community makes, from transportation priorities and capital investments to economic development and public spaces. But those plans are only as strong as the ideas that shape them. As we look ahead to the next 30 years, we want to hear from the people who live, work, study, commute, shop, dine, and invest here. Your ideas will help shape the vision for what comes next.

Tracy Styf is Executive Director of the Town Center Community Improvement District (CID), bringing more than 25 years of experience in community and economic development. Under her leadership, the CID has secured more than $130 million in grant funding for infrastructure and quality-of-life improvements.
